3 bedroom home with one room available, looking for our lucky last flatmate!

You’ll be living with the owner, who works full time as an aircraft maintainer who likes to keep a place clean, tidy, and well looked after. There’s already one other flatmate, so we’re just after the right person to complete the household. The home is brand new and has never been lived in, located in Awa Park, a growing subdivision in Feilding. It’s a warm, sunny place with great natural light, and over time will be within walking distance to a supermarket, café, parks, and plenty of walking tracks. The last available room is a big double with wardrobe. There’s also a separate toilet from the bathroom, which makes mornings a bit easier.
