Safe neighbourhood. 6 mins from Botany Mall, 6 mins from Ormiston mall and Botany Junction, 10 mins away from Otara on-ramp, 9 mins from Highbrook Business Park and 10 mins from Manukau Business Centre.

Looking for a mature considerate adult, doesn’t mind hanging out but also understands personal space. Bills are split evenly at the end of each billing month. Items in photos are not included and will be moved once we find someone. Due to our rental agreement, we can only accept single adults - no couples.

We are a couple in our mid 30s, I work in the Retirement village sector and my partner works as a Store Manager for a fish and reptile store. Easy going. Im into music, arts and crafts, my partner is into cooking, fishing and hunting. We enjoy watching movies and documentaries, having a quiet drink after work and quality time with our families.
