Room: 1x large unfurnished room available. Heaps of space for personal furniture with an added bonus of multiple power points so you can have your room-your way. Also has a double door wardrobe with heaps of hanging space. Will essentially have main bathroom and toilet to themselves.

House: Large 3 bedroom property with fully equipped kitchen and appliances, 2 lounges, dining room and outdoor area. On street parking available directing out front.

Area: Located in the middle of Te Irirangi road and Chapel road, very quiet and close to everything! Safe neighbourhood. 6 mins from Botany Mall, 6 mins from Ormiston mall and Botany Junction, 10 mins away from Otara on-ramp, 9 mins from Highbrook Business Park and 10 mins from Manukau Business Centre.

Looking for a mature considerate adult, doesn’t mind hanging out but also understands personal space. Bills are split evenly at the end of each billing month. Items in photos are not included and will be moved once we find someone. Due to our rental agreement, we can only accept single adults - no couples.

About the roomies

We are a couple in our mid 30s, I work in the Retirement village sector and my partner works as a Store Manager for a fish and reptile store. Easy going. Im into music, arts and crafts, my partner is into cooking, fishing and hunting. We enjoy watching movies and documentaries, having a quiet drink after work and quality time with our families. We have recently moved in and still setting up. House photos to come.
