Someone in their mid/late 20s - mid 30s who is working (ideally Mon-Fri, no night shifts), has previous flatting experience, and is clean, friendly and keen to stay long term.

No smokers, couples or additional pets

Fully furnished with two heat pumps (great for winter), a large living room area, laundry, and a large kitchen with a big double oven & lots of kitchen appliances.

The yard has plenty of grass/concrete areas and 4 decks so you’re spoilt for choice on where to chill out.

Street parking is available. The house is close to gyms, shops, bus stops, lots of takeaway options and is a short drive to the motorway.

Four working professionals (3 F, 1 M) in our late 20s to early 30s. We’re social but also value our own space/downtime. We enjoy a good chat, tv show/movie nights and flat hangs every now and then (not a party flat). A rotating cleaning roster is in place to keep things clean.

Bonus: the house comes with two friendly cats, Spyro and Felix 🐈‍⬛
