Room + ensuite + kitchenette available in a new house in a good area. The room has its own ensuite, and you’ll also have full use of a butler’s kitchen right next to the room (includes gas stove and sink), so it’s a bit more private than your standard setup. There is external access to both the room and the kitchenette.

Price includes all utilities (internet, gas, water, electricity) and also shared use of a washing machine and dryer.

Bus stop is about a 1-minute walk (roughly 100m), so getting around is easy. Only downside is parking — no street parking right outside due to yellow lines, but you can park about 60m over the road.

We’re a family of four (two adults + two kids), so the house has a bit of life to it, but we’re respectful of space and routines. Because the room has its own ensuite and kitchenette, it suits someone who likes having their own space rather than a typical shared flat setup.

We’re easygoing and friendly, and also busy with family life, so this would suit someone independent who’s happy doing their own thing.
