This newly constructed Luxury house, completed just few months ago, offers a fresh living environment. It’s a peaceful and clean space, and we’re seeking a flatmate who shares those values of cleanliness and tidiness. This house is strictly restricted from smoking, drinking alcohol, hosting parties, gathering, keeping pets, using drugs, or engaging in any illegal activities, and we expect the same from you.
The house comes fully furnished. Additionally, if you are a couple, we are open to negotiation, although we generally prefer to keep the household occupancy low to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. However, we know finding a suitable room for a couple can sometimes be challenging.
