A fully employed that pays rent regularly, tidy and respectful is an ideal flatmate.
24/7 surveillance camera on the driveaway and communal area for added security.
An internal rental agreement in place for both intersts assurance.

You will be living with 2 other person; an 18yo bloke mechanic apprentice, and a 45yo man-owner. Our diverse age gaps made it so special and relatable like a family. This is not a party house but we are fun loving people who enjoys cook-off, cheeky drinks and bbq during days-off and weekends.
