The room is a great size with a separate seating area which can be used as a WFH space or reading or gaming nook and has plenty of light from a wall of windows and beautiful sunset views. Has its own ensuite. It’s a 4 bedroom villa with lovely high ceilings so feels light and airy. The back deck and rear garden is a sun trap. One room is kept free for friends and family to visit. There’s a double garage to store surfboards, bikes, camping equipment and tools.

Non smokers No pets (sorry)

F40 is the native Cornish, trivia master She enjoys a laugh, karaoke, sometimes pilates and people who drive well and don’t crash often.

M29 Aussie engineer. Enjoys rockets and otherwise likes to conquer great walks, great rock walls and loves making sure caves are indeed, still dark.

At the weekend we tend to do our own thing or relax at the house and enjoy our rent payments to the full.

Pricing is based on a couple: Rent $435 ($217.50 each) Bond $1700 ($850 each) Bills $50 a week ($25 each)

We’d be open to a single but the rent wouldn’t change, Bond $1100 Bills $35
