The room can be furnished or unfurnished to suit the right person. It’s in a quiet, relaxed home with a good balance of privacy and being social. The area has a great community vibe, feels safe, and is close to everything you need while still being peaceful and homely.

A cleaner is included, so there’s no chore roster or cleaning schedule to worry about.

Saxon (dog) and Merl (cat) also live here, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals.

I’m 38, work in mental health, and I’m easy-going and outdoorsy. I spend a lot of time out and about—summer is usually beach days, fishing, diving, and hikes, while winter is a bit slower paced and homely. I like a calm, tidy home that feels relaxed and comfortable rather than a party house. I’m social and enjoy a good chat, but also value personal space and a peaceful environment.

I’m looking for a flatmate as I’d like the flexibility to travel more, so ideally someone independent, easygoing, and respectful of the space
