Cosy Rustic Studio Cabin – Great Privacy & Utilities Sorted! 🏡

Fully insulated 12m² cabin + porch up for grabs.It’s ideal for a student or working professional who wants their own space and privacy away from the main house.

Furnished with a couch , fridge , microwave and a heater/dehumidifier. Just bring your own bed. ( a single bed could be supplied if needed) Washing machine is available. The cabin features a cool, rustic timber look—it isn’t artistically amazing to look at because we built it in a sustainable way using recycled iron and timber! However, it is 100% weatherproof, eco-friendly, and works perfectly fine.

The toilet and shower are inside the back of the main house.

Location & Getting Around:Wintec and town bus stop is right outside the front door.Uni bus stop is at the end of the street (5-minute walk).If you bike, the Uni is about 16 minutes away (or a 56-minute walk).Five Cross Roads shops are just a 10-minute walk down the road. Ruakura a short walk.

Price covers unlimited internet and fair-use power (if power usage goes way over, we’ll just need to chat about an extra contribution). Looking for someone quiet, reliable who is currently working or studying. Cat friendly! Might also consider an older, small well house-trained dog. Would consider a couple .
