The room is partially furnished (optional) and comes with its own ensuite and separate entrance, offering a great balance of privacy and flatting – bonus if your gluten free and wanting a gluten free kitchen.

The room is connected to the main house via the laundry and includes brand new curtains, 2x single wardrobes, and a heat pump for year-round comfort.

I’m a 30-year-old female working full-time (currently recovering from an injury). I enjoy music, board games, baking, and the occasional chat, while still valuing personal space. I have a gluten allergy, so I’d really appreciate someone who is mindful of this.
