A new flat is starting on Connell St (quiet, no-exit street) in Blockhouse Bay, and I’m looking for friendly flatmates to join!

Chico, a gentle and well-trained older dog, will be part of the household. He’s super friendly with all people.

Option 1 - Upstairs Suite | $380/week (single) or $420/week (couple)

Ideal flatmate: Someone tidy, considerate, and easy to get along with. It’d be lovely to share the odd laugh and look out for each other.

Bills Included

Rent includes bills (electricity, water, internet) just keep usage reasonable and there’s nothing extra to worry about. Common household essentials like cleaning products and toilet paper are also provided. Simple and stress-free!
