One of our current flatmates Is returning to his motherland and we are seeing a rebound flatmate to fill the void. beautiful house, great people and NO CHORES! cleaning, pool maintenance, lawns,bins all taken care of

We are not a party house but enjoy hosting the occasional social gathering. We enjoy each others company but mostly live full and busy lives so the house never feels too full or too empty

Part of the expenses goes towards gardening, pool maintenance and cleaning services giving you time to just kick back and enjoy yourself.

The house is quite large set on a quiet street with a large outdoor entertaining area surrounded by large trees that screen off most of the neighbors and make it a fantastic place for birds.

We also have a pool and are Just a stones throw away from the riverside walk and really close to the base.

The room available is upstairs and has its own cupboard, it can fit a double bed but probably wouldn’t suit a couple or people with children.

We are open to meeting people with dogs, one of the current flatmates has a dog so it might be nice for them to have a friend, the back yard is fully fenced and all the flatmates are avid dog lovers. we are not considering other pets at this time only dogs. There is an extra $20/week for dogs just for additional wear and tear.

Expenses: $50 per week for ALL EXPENSES (Power, internet, gardening and cleaning services, baking supplies, sauces, cleaning products, hand soap, toilet paper, pool cleaning supplies.)

Move in costs: 2 weeks in advance: $580 Bond(3weeks or rent):$660

4 existing flatmates. 1 male and 1 female in there 20’s and a couple in there early 30’s and one adorable doggo. Friendly & relaxed, enjoy a good board game together or dip in the pool
