We’ve got a sunny room opening up in our cosy 3 bedroom cottage style home in Fendalton. The room gets great natural light and has its own door leading out to the backyard. You will also have your own shower and toilet.
Super central area in fendalton with shops, cafes, and a bus stop all within walking distance.
Warm, relaxed home with a shared living area, kitchen, and a sunny backyard to enjoy.
Once our current flatmate moves out, you’ll have the main bathroom to yourself. We’ll also have a spare room in the house, which is great for guests, storage, or a bit of extra space.
We’re looking for a tidy, respectful and easy going single or couple who’s happy living in a shared home. Someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable environment would be a great fit.

About the roomies
You’ll be sharing with 3 others (couple + 1 male), all aged 30 - 35. Everyone’s friendly, respectful, and keeps things low key during the week.
We also have two very sweet, well behaved dogs, so you’ll need to be a dog lover!
