Looking for someone to take over my room!
Kia ora! I am moving and am looking for someone to take over my room. The lease runs untill the start of December with an option to renew.
The rent is $275, and about $25 a week in expenses. Bond is $1100
It’s in Karori, a 5-minute walk to the Karori Mall and Bus Stops.
Close by to the 2,18, 21, 33, and 34 bus routes, which can get you to Miramar, Seatoun, City Centre and Vic Kelburn, and Pip Campus.
We have a small creek out the front where cats come and hang out.
There is on-street parking and a shared park outside the house; the driveway is private.
The room comes unfurnished.
We would also be open to doing a full flat takeover if a group were interested. If you are interested in either option, please message me
