Small room in Morningside house up a private driveway with a lockup garage and plenty of room to turn around. Suitable for mature single working person or student. Shared toilet/shower/bath/kitchen/washing machine/ fridge/freezer. Power, property maintenance and water and room is covered by rent but must provide own food. Very private and views of the city plus the bus service very close to house. Must be working but am open to someone studying as bus service goes right passed the Polytechnic. Am open to retirees also. Non smoker preferred but not against vape so can negotiate. You’ll have to bring your own data as there is no WIFI hence the cheaper rent. House cleaning is not expected but someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves is a prerequisite. Quiet surroundings and elevated above the road so no one can see in. Do have a garage so there is space for storage items and also happy to let boarder park car inside it for peace of mind at night. Must be dog friendly to a very friendly dog.

There is one other boarder who rents out the self contained sleepout but it is not part of the house. He’s in his mid60s and has been here for three years and works fulltime and I seldom see him. I’m in my late 50s, Christian but am very respectful to other people’s beliefs and values. Space and privacy is ensured and if you’re a drinker it’s probably not the place for you but maybe find some neutral ground to work with can be talked through. Let’s chat if you think this is you.
