This room is cute and quiet! Room for double bed, dressers and there is a decent built-in wardrobe.

The location is fantastic; quick access to both State Highway 1, State Highway 20, and State Highway 16, making commuting in any direction easy. Additionally, shopping is easy-peasy as Auckland CBD. Westfield New Market and Westfield St Lukes are really just down the road. Super quick access to lots of major suburbs and districts.

All Major supermarkets are close by, including plenty of super easy superettes within quick walking distance. Plenty of great local restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance too, giving you plenty of options close to home. Public transport would be a breeze. Bus stop very conveniently located, with direct links to the train network and CBD.

The house itself is an older home with plenty of character. Its comfortable and functional. Equipped with all your need to haves, washer, dryer and dishwasher. The landlord maintains the lawns. There are two bathrooms, which could be designated to tenants upon further negotiation.

Important: This is a relatively short-term setup, as the property is scheduled for redevelopment in around 7 months. It would perfectly suit someone between places, on a contract, or wanting flexibility without a whole lot of commitment. Additionally, there is currently a bed in the room, which can stay upon agreement for your ease!

Head tenants are Husband and Wife, Rodney and Catherine. They rented the house as they needed accommodation when staying in Auckland to maintain the Auckland branches of their business when necessary. However, they’re only in the house when required at work, thus they are often at their home in Hamilton.

Rhiannon and Presley are a young long-standing couple working full-time that have recently moved to Auckland. Rhiannon works for her parents in one of the Auckland branches of their business. Presley has recently moved to NZ from Sydney.

Catherine and Rodney have two beautiful and very friendly big dogs. A German Wirehair Pointer, Bryn, and a very chill Hungarian Vizsla, Piet, that will often be in tow if Rodney and Catherine are in Auckland.

Currently, there are two rooms up for rent as Catherine and Rodney are not fussed on which bedroom they’ll inhabit. Rhiannon is a superb cook and cooks most nights. Family-style dinners could be arranged for all tenants by negotiation if that was requested! We’d love a flatmate who would hang out with us.
