About the room
The room is a sleepout with an ensuite bathroom. The backyard is visited by several friendly cats on a daily basis - there is also a fig tree and an apple tree! We are close to Northlands mall, bus stops, cycle paths, the Elmwood shops, and two parks. The room is available right now. We each pay $20 per week in expenses.
About the roomies
Matt, Jesse, and Jonny live in the main house. Matt works at the university, Jesse is a student at the university, and Jonny works somewhere else. We’re all pretty chill and some of us keep strange hours.
