The house is located in Beach Grove, which is a quiet, safe, and well-kept area with a strong community feel. There is parking available up the drive, making it convenient if you have a car.

Kaiapoi itself is a small, friendly town with everything you need close by- shops, cafes, gyms, and easy access to Christchurch (15 mintue drive to CC)

My name is Tyler, I do FIFO around NZ, so I am often away. I like to keep the house clean and hope my flatmate will share the same.

I live here with my 1.5-year-old Rottweiler. She is a well-trained, friendly dog, and would love to have someone in who is a dog lover.
