About the room

Double room available in Rosemerryn Lincoln. You’d be living with a couple and two other girls, 3 uni students and one working full time, all in our 20’s so looking for someone early to mid 20’s either studying or working. The house is lovely and modern with a large open plan living and kitchen and a spacious outdoor area. The room gets the evening sun and is a decent size with plenty of wardrobe space. You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 girls. In a nice neighbourhood and only 6 minute drive to Lincoln University this room would be perfect for a uni student or someone just looking for a great place to live in Lincoln.

About the roomies

Three current flatmates are studying at Lincoln one in second year, one in third year and one doing post grad. Fourth flatmate is working full time. Mostly just do their own thing but enjoy the odd movie night or dinner together.
