Hey guys! One of our arrangements fell through so re-listing. We’ve just bought a lovely new place in Ohauiti and are looking for someone to move in ASAP.

The Location: The house is in a super quiet, private spot with a view. It’s conveniently located between the Tauranga CBD and Tauriko—using the roundabout, it’s only about a 10–12 minute drive each way. If you’re at Toi Ohomai, it’s literally 3–4 minutes down the road.

The Setup: We have one unfurnished room available, both with double wardrobes so you’ve got plenty of space for your gear. You’ll also have your own bathroom and separate toilet (for now), plus your own fridge and off-street parking.

Who we’re after: We’re looking for a working professional who is clean, reliable, and respectful. ✨Prefer long term flatmates. ✨Non-smokers only. ✨No extra pets (we’ve reached our limit with our two!).

Priced at $280 including reasonable use of expenses. To move in payment of bond + one week in advance.
