The property is situated in a great location and is close to local beaches (easy walking distance), the Torbay shops (a variety of restaurants and takeaways, hairdressers, laundromat, Four Square etc), SH1 motorway and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk.

A 3-bedroom house with an elevated outlook of Rangitoto in the distance, 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilet, kitchen, dining and lounge.

$240 / week includes fair use of water, power, fibre internet and Netflix. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Furnished comes with a queensize bed, built-in cupboard, tall boy, small bookcase and bedside table.

You will be sharing with two other roomies. Non-smokers who are not into parties or lots of socializing.

Myself, a mature (50s) working professional female in Healthcare. I enjoy peace and tranquility, the beaches, paddleboarding, photography, and nature. The other roomie - a full-time uni student who works part-time and into gym in his early 20’s. We are both quiet in nature, enjoy doing our own thing but up for a chat and occasional get-together.
