Double bedroom with built in wardrobe available in a 3 bedroom house. You will have the main bathroom and separate toilet to yourself unless there are guests here.

Looking for someone with similar interests, is quiet and respectful, tidy and who would treat the property as if it were their own. I currently take care of the lawns/gardening however open to this being shared.

This is not a party house. Guests are welcome within reason but please no couples. Please note the third bedroom will be kept as a spare as I have my 4 year old nephew stay from time to time so must be ok with kids.

Power is split evenly each month. There is currently no internet however happy to discuss getting this connected and the costs shared.

Buy your own food however basic items like toilet paper and cleaning products will be supplied. Happy to discuss shared dinners/cooking if have similar taste in food
