Only 4km to Otago University which is either a 7-10 min drive to uni, 18 min by bus to uni (there’s a bus stop 2 min walk from the house) or 16 min bike ride to uni. 3 bedroom home with full bathroom and additional separate toilet (2 toilets altogether). Lovely deck and yard. Healthy Homes Compliance achieved. Has wood pellet fire, heat pump, heat transfer system and it has double glazing in every room. Currently has 1 flatmate who is staying on for 2027 uni and looking for flatmates for the 2 additional bedrooms - prefer female students. Bedrooms can be furnished, with a new double bed, new bedside table and existing built in closet. Or if you have your own things that’s fine too. $250 per week (2 week’s bond required), power and Internet included in the rent. Street parking is free and plentiful. No pets.
