Modern sleepout - semi self contained. Has kitchenette with sink and microwave oven supplied with a deck and porch. Own bathroom with shower and toilet. Shared laundry and full kitchen and lounge available inside the house.
Additional external storage can be available. Street parking only but we are on a main road with side street parking available.
Room price includes internet, and LPG bills - power is split monthly.
We have plenty of fruit trees and vege gardens on the property.
Currently used as storage while doing reno’s so will upload more photos when possible.
About the roomies
We are a working couple in our early 30s. We have 2 dogs living with us as well. We are not open to any additional dogs or cats at the property.
We are outdoorsy and often away camping, four wheel driving or hiking on weekends.
Not a party house, we like to keep our house tidy and relaxed. We are the owners of the home so take pride in our property.
