Warm, tidy and relaxed house in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. We keep things peaceful during the week and enjoy a comfortable, drama-free environment.

• Good-sized bedroom with wardrobe
• furnished as pictured
• Plenty of natural light

🚿 Shared Spaces:

• Bathroom shared (kept clean and organised)
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Lounge and outdoor space to soak up sun.

💡 What’s Included:

• Power, water, internet
• Reasonable use of utilities

🚗 Location:

• Wattle Downs – quiet, safe area
• Street parking available
• Close to shops, motorway access, and coastal walkways

👫 About Us:
We’re a working couple with busy schedules, into health/fitness and keeping a clean, calm home. We’re friendly but also respect personal space. Our house also homes a tabby cat named Uno.

• Not a party house – no heavy drinking or drugs
