This is a furnished house and comes with:

• Ducted heating (duel Mitsubishi heat pumps)
• Salt water pool (generally used in the summer)
• Spa (great in winter)

Three rooms are available (rent prices vary as shown): (1) Sunny double room $230 (2) Another double room $210 (3) Sunny single room $180

3 weeks bond, + one week in advance Expenses to be split and includes electricity, gas, water, internet, spa, pool. Around $60pw in winter.

• Many appliances such as washing machine, Drier, two fridge/freezers, gas hob, wall mounted 64inch and 32inch TVs, couches, indoor and outdoor dining tables.

• Why salt water? A salt water pool has softer Water Texture: The salt levels in these pools, while only about 1/10th the salinity of the ocean, act as a natural water softener. This gives the water a smooth, silky, and luxurious feel against the skin and hair.

1 existing flatmate. Currently one male 40ish. Easy going, I don’t drink / smoke / etc.
