We’re looking for a single or couple to rent a spacious self-contained downstairs area in a beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Massey.

The space includes:

• TWO large bedrooms (or 1 bedroom + lounge/study)
• Ensuite bathroom with shower
• Light sensor double wardrobe
• Kitchenette with walk-in pantry
• Under-stairs storage
• Private entrance
• Access to shared pool
• Close to Lincoln Road, buses and motorway

It’s a comfortable, private setup with good separation from the upstairs household — ideal if you enjoy your own space and a quieter home environment. Upstairs are two people in their early 30s who work/study in mental health and value an easygoing home.

We’re looking for:

• A single or couple (ideally late 20s to mid 30s)
• Working professionals or working students
• Respectful, tidy, and easygoing
• Reliable with rent and communication
• Open to joining the lease at some stage
• No pets (must be okay living with cats)

Rent: $450 per week Bills: Split evenly per month Availability: Move in ASAP Bond: 2 weeks
