The room available from 13th June is a large room with ensuite (own bathroom) with walk in wardrobe. Some photos are from staging as current flat mate is still there. This room gets a lot of light and nature views. The room is unfurnished but a queen bed and desk is provided if needed. Plenty of street parking in a secure and quiet street.

Ideal flat mate is a female full time working professional or student to join our quiet and peaceful household. Someone who is tidy, clean, considerate and respectful to other flat mates is most important.

There is a shared kitchen which is currently shared with just one other female flat mate. The dining area looks out into a lush garden. Someone who does simple cooking or meal preps is preferred. Can provide you with some basic utensils but you will need your own pots/ pans and knives as it is easier to look after your own things. Fridge and microwave is shared.

Utilities - Internet, electricity, gas, water split monthly. Approx $25 per week and approx $35 pw in colder months.

Walking distance to Ormiston Town Centre, bus stops, schools and parks. Very close to Manukau, East Tamaki, Botany and motorway.

Existing flat mates are a young couple with 2 young kids and one female flat mate in their 30s. The house is big, the rooms are well separated so there is enough space for everyone. All very clean, tidy and quiet and easy going.
