Easy-going, tidy home in a quiet spot in Mt Roskill. The room is a good size, gets nice natural light, and has the bathroom right next to it which makes things super convenient.

It’s a well-kept house with a relaxed vibe and shared spaces that are comfortable without being over the top. Handy location too — close to shops, public transport, gyms, parks, and easy access into the city. Street parking is available and the neighbourhood is generally calm and safe. We’re ideally looking for someone for around 3–12 months.

About the roomies

We’re a pretty laid-back couple in our mid-20s to early 30s. We both work and keep things low-key during the week, but still enjoy a friendly, social home environment.

We’re looking for someone like-minded, chill, easy-going, and not fussy. Someone who can gel well with us and fit into a relaxed household. We don’t mind if you smoke or drink (or don’t), as long as you’re respectful, considerate, and keep shared spaces tidy.

Overall just after someone friendly, down-to-earth, and drama-free who’s easy to live with and brings good energy to the house.
