Cozy and comfy house in prime location in Mount Maunganui - One block to the beach! Close to shops, cafes, dairy, bars, bus stop and supermarket. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Not a party house but I’m definitely keen for dinners and drinks with friends now and then. Short term only. From 2 to 8 weeks.

About the roomies

I’m a full-time worker female, easy-going, and enjoy the outdoors, beach days, and the occasional BBQ or drink with friends. You’ll only be sharing the house with myself, so it’s a pretty relaxed and quiet home. Looking for someone tidy, clean, respectful, and reliable with rent. Preferably 420 friendly. Smokers welcome. If you have a cat, I’d be happy to try negotiating with the landlord, as I’d love to have one around 😊
