Great location on Dominion road, not too close to the busy Part of DOM road so it is not noisy at night . 3 car parks available on the property as well. This is the largest room in the flat with a built in closet and right outside is a space for a little office/desk if you need space outside of you room to work ect. It is possible if you would like to swap rooms with one of us.
Also the move in date can be earlier or even around the beginning of June (latest 6th of June) . Just need to give the current tenant a few days to move out if u would like to move in earlier.
About the roomies
