Location: Lincoln (quiet, safe cul-de-sac). The location is in the heart of Lincoln Town. The town center is only a 3-4 minute walk away. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk, library 3 mins, and New World is an 8 min walk. It’s also a very good option for students as it’s only a 10-15 min walk to Lincoln Uni (or a 3-5 minute bike ride).
Rent per week: $150 + utilities (electricity is approx $ 15-22 p/w depending on the season, internet is $7 p/w + cleaning supplies)
There will be 4 people total (including you) living in this house. Carolina (me) from Colombia has a full time job, Nathaniel is a school teacher and John is a business owner.
