The room is a large, well-lit bedroom with a double wardrobe and great natural light. It’s also at the opposite end of the house from us, so you’ll have good separation and privacy. You’ll have primary use of the main bathroom! The house is a brand new build with an open-plan living area, a butler’s pantry, and great indoor-outdoor flow onto a large deck and fully fenced outdoor space. There’s plenty of storage throughout the house to fit your needs.

It’s just two of us living here so only 2 out of the 4 bedrooms will be occupied. It’s a quiet, low-key home and we’d like to keep it that way. We’re both in our early 20s and are calm, respectful, and fairly busy, often home late. My partner is a plumber and plays rugby, and I work in the aviation industry with rotating shift work, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable in a similar kind of environment.
