About the room

It’s a lovely big room in a bungalow close to city and Unitec with parks all around. A lovely suburb safe snd secure. It takes 15 on the bus into the city and 10 minutes to Unitec on the bus. A sought after area. The room has a big double wardrobe..king size bed and a large dressing table. 5 minutes from Grey Lynn. I have another room which is $275 a week…smaller with a king single. A light room with two sets if drawers.

About the roomies

It is just me in the house with my cat Tuffy. I am an ex teacher. This is a family home…cosy and comfortable.
