About the house: Warm 3 bedroom house located in woodend Heat pump in the hallway heats the rooms nicely One car space on the driveway available and then street parking for any other vehicles 75inch tv Kitchen equipped with all the usual gadgets Fridge for your own self in garage Would have main bathroom to yourself aside from the odd guest or if we wanted a bath Security cameras on drive and backyard - great for keeping an eye on dogs during the day Backyard is fully fenced off with a tall gate on both sides of the house Nice outdoor area for entertaining or relaxing including bbq, fire pit and outdoor couch

Room: Choice of either decent size room, both the same size Fits a double or queen bed nicely and has a small walk in wardrobe. (Grey room closest to road, green room further away) One room has lots of natural light but is next to the street, the other room has one large window and bit more private

I am 24 and a preschool teacher and my husband is 29 and a joiner. We generally keep it quiet during the week but like to have the odd social gathering or have a few friends over every now and then. We enjoy the odd drink and shared food but also keep to ourselves
