Light and bright upstairs room with a decent-sized double wardrobe, plus access to the roof cavity for extra storage (suitcases etc). Off street parking is also available.

The house is cosy and bright with a little porch out the front and some gardens/flower beds, as well as a productive mandarin tree.

Only a 5 minute drive to Bethlehem town centre and 5 mins to Brookfield New World.

You’ll be living with me and a friend (both 30) and eventually my cat Boo when she moves in (she is currently recovering at my parents house in a cone of shame). We both work full time and are ideally looking for someone in a similar situation.

It is a very relaxed flat and we both like to do our own things but aren’t against the odd flat dinner and movie night.

In my spare time I enjoy, running, post run coffees, pub quizzes and baking.
