About the room
This flat has a great view of north Dunedin, Double-glazed windows, two toilets, and is within 1km of the university campus.
The room itself is very reasonable in size, has a lockable door, nice curtains, and a very spacious closet.
If you need furniture, I can sell you my desk, office chair, bed, and drawers (all in good condition) for $250.
About the roomies
All are 20 year olds, very friendly and easy-going. Three boys (including me) and two girls. Two study physio, one studies medicine, and one is a tradee. We have a couple musicians, but they aren’t too loud and practice band elsewhere.
