We are currently looking for couples or professionals to share our house in Pakuranga. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and walking distance to all public transportation and Pakuranga Plaza, ensures safety and peace of mind.

The house is near new property that has double glazed windows throughout and comes with superior insulation, heat pump which ensures comfort and lower energy bills during winter months.

Costs: Single person- $280 per week + utilities (shared amongst flatmates)

Couples - $320per week + utilities (shared amongst flatmates)

Bring your own bed or let us know and we can arrange a bed for you. Kitchen shared amongst all flatmates.

Pets - negotiable

This would also suit a group of friends/colleagues/couples who would like to share one house.
