Room available in warm and tidy kelburn flat 🎀 Kia ora! We have a room available in our gorgeous kelburn flat from late may/early june (can be a little flexible).

Perfect location for bird watching, and only a few minutes walk to kelburn village, the cable car, the botans, and kelburn campus.

About the flat:

• rent is $296 per week (excluding bills). - bond is 4 weeks rent
• beautifully sunny, fully furnished common spaces, and very cosy
