Spacious 4 bedroom house, fully furnished except your own dbl bedroom suite. Upstairs off limits, driveway parking. Owner occupied by myself. 10 minutes to town, mall within walking distance. Cameras etc for security purposes. 2 cats so no pets. Good location, great neighbours. Supply own food. Easy going, not keen on parties.
