IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUIET COUNTRY LIVING, JUST 5 MINUTES FROM THE NEW DRURY RAILWAY STATION ( opening soon ) AND THE DRURY SOUTH CROSSING INDUSTRIAL AREA.
You will be sharing with one other person. 4 bedroom home situated in Runciman, 4 minutes from Drury off ramp. 10 minutes to Papakura and 10 minutes to Pukekohe. Well suited for those working in the Stevenson’s / Fulton Hogan / Heb / Vinci development / Drury areas… All furnishings included, just bring your own bedding and linen, towels etc. You will have a good size bedroom with wardrobe, and own bathroom & toilet, plus the use of another smaller bedroom you could use as a study / office. You will be responsible for your own food + additional costs, ie half share power and internet. Preference will be given to applicants in full time employment who have good references and are looking long term. And ideally an older more mature settled person.
You should be someone ( male or female ) who doesn’t mind helping out around the place, and not scared to push a lawn mower from time to time or even a vacuum cleaner. You would be sharing the home with one other person, that being myself plus my cat. I’m an older semi retired bloke.
