We are a flat of 3 dudes looking for a uni student or young professional to join our sunny and newly renovated aro valley flat on Adams Terrace for $229 a week plus expenses☀️

We get sun all day long with great airflow and zero mould. It takes just 6 minutes to get to vic uni via a shortcut out the back to Kelburn and 15 minutes to walk to fresh choice. On street resident and coupon parking is also available.

The room comes with a massive cupboard but is otherwise unfurnished and works well with a king single bed. We have included a king single bed and desk in the photo for scale.

We have a list of great appliances and cook-ware including a coffee machine, heat pump, big 4k TV, dishwasher, dryer and all the other essentials, as well as 500mb/s wifi. Our washing line gets sun for a great portion of the day and is super convenient.

We are not a crazy party flat and love our gym! If you would like to join our flat whanau hit us up for a viewing. Move in is on 17th June , slightly flexible.

About the roomies

I’m looking for someone to take over my room. The other 3 flatmates are students and also work part time. They are very social and love to have a chat but also respect privacy
