3-bedroom house + study with 2 bathrooms (one ensuite and one main bathroom).

I’ll be renting out one of the bedrooms. You’ll mostly have the main bathroom to yourself, as the ensuite is attached to the master bedroom.

The house is spacious, comfortable, and great for someone looking for a relaxed living environment.

I also have a small dog, so ideally looking for someone who is dog-friendly and comfortable around pets.

My husband and I own the home, however he is currently based in Wellington for work over the next 4 months, so it will mainly just be me and my dog at home.

I’ll also be away on holiday for a month from June to July, so you’ll have the house entirely to yourself during that time.
