About the room

Sublet room We are looking for a fun, social and clean female, preferably aged 19-24 to fill a sunny bedroom in our flat located in North Dunedin for the end of June till September due to going away for Placement.

The room:

  • Great sized room
  • Lots of natural sunlight in the afternoon heating the room
  • Wall heat pump - we do free hour power so heat pump every night!
  • Have it fully furnished with bed, electric blanket, bedside tables, draws, mirror, clothing rack, desk and drawers (Can be negotiated)
  • On the top floor of a 2 storey flat
  • 5 min walk to Uni, 10 min walk to Polytech and 20 min Walk to the gym

Shared spaces:

  • Full furnished kitchen
  • Shared lounge
  • Laundry with washing machine and dryer
  • 2 x bathroom
  • Side/backyard with clothing line

Cost:

  • $200/week
  • Bond is $400
  • Wifi and power ranges from $50-60/month
