The room is a fully insulated detached sleepout with enough space for a queen bed and furniture setup. Great option if you like having your own space/privacy while still being part of the flat

There are currently 3 of us in our mid-20s (2 girls, 1 guy), all working full time. We’re after someone easygoing, tidy, and reliable who’s keen for a good flat environment.
