We’re looking for someone who wants a warm, social, respectful home with a good mix of fun and personal space.

The house itself is a villa with: • Large fully furnished bedroom (queen bed, drawers, bedside cabinets, mirror & double wardrobe) • Open plan kitchen/dining • Separate lounge • Huge sun-filled deck • Covered veranda perfect for sunset drinks • BBQ, outdoor couch & grassed area • 2 bathrooms • Claw-foot bath + walk-in shower • Instant gas hot water • Heat pump, gas cooking & heated towel rails • On-street parking available with permit • $300 per week rent + $30 per week expenses, which includes internet, water, gas, electricity, and weekly cleaners for the common areas

House vibe: We’re social and outgoing, but also totally understand alone time and respecting each other’s space. We like to do family dinner nights where one night a week, one of us cooks for the whole house and we alternate each week. Drinks on the back deck, card and board game nights, day trips to the beach, or meeting up at the local for a pint of Guinness. Other times, everyone’s just happy doing their own thing.

Ages 26–40 and a pretty easygoing mix of personalities and backgrounds.
