I’m sadly moving out of my current flat because I’m relocating to Wanaka to live closer to my partner, so we’re looking for a lovely long-term person to take over my room in what honestly has been my favourite flat ever 😊

The room itself is on the smaller side, but the house more than makes up for it — it’s a super spacious, warm, and cosy home in quiet St. Leonards with amazing harbour views and lots of outdoor space.

The flat has a really nice relaxed vibe — we often have a yarn together in the evenings or on weekends in the kitchen or living room, but there’s absolutely no pressure. Everyone does their own thing as well, so it’s a good balance between social and having your own space 😊
