About the room
π‘ Room available in beautiful cosy house in St. Leonards, Dunedin πΏ
Kia ora everyone,
Iβm sadly moving out of my current flat because Iβm relocating to Wanaka to live closer to my partner, so weβre looking for a lovely long-term person to take over my room in what honestly has been my favourite flat ever π
The room itself is on the smaller side, but the house more than makes up for it β itβs a super spacious, warm, and cosy home in quiet St. Leonards with amazing harbour views and lots of outdoor space.
β¨ About the house:
- Huge living room with beautiful harbour views
- Sunny conservatory/sun room β perfect for watching sunrise or sunset
- Big garden and outdoor area for relaxing
- Vegetable garden + greenhouse
- Several outdoor sheds for storage and/or bike parking
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, large stovetop, cooking equipment, big fridge + freezer
- Brand new washing machine and dryer
- Clothes can also be dried outside or in the sunny conservatory
π₯ Warm and dry for Dunedin winters:
- 2 heat pumps
- Additional fireplace in the living room
- Double glazed windows throughout the house
- No mould π
π² Great location:
- Quiet neighbourhood in St. Leonards
- Easy and scenic bike ride into town along the new bike lane by the harbour
- Bus stop only 1 minute walk away
- Plenty of private parking in front of the house plus additional street parking
π Other details:
- Available ASAP
- Looking for long-term tenants
- Super kind and easy-going landlords β Iβve always had a really positive experience with them
More pictures will be uploaded shortly β sorry, Iβm not currently at the flat at the moment.
Feel free to message me if youβre interested or have any questions π
About the roomies
π« Flatmates: Youβd be living with 3 friendly flatmates (1 female, 2 males), roughly early 20s to early 30s.
The flat has a really nice relaxed vibe β we often have a yarn together in the evenings or on weekends in the kitchen or living room, but thereβs absolutely no pressure. Everyone does their own thing as well, so itβs a good balance between social and having your own space π
