The room is in a modern, spacious and low-maintenance 4-bedroom home in the heart of Stanmore Bay. It’s available furnished or unfurnished depending on preference, for a single or couple. There is also the option to have an additional room for extra space.

The house itself is fully set up with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable shared living areas with TV, and great outdoor spaces including a backyard with a BBQ.

We are a professional couple in our late 20s who both work full-time. We’re friendly and easy-going and enjoy a good chat or shared meal/drink from time to time, but we also really value personal space and a calm, respectful home environment. We also have a small and very well behaved dog.
