Two options.

First option is to rent a smallish furnished room with a single bed for 10 weeks from 25th May until 16th of August. As our flatmate is going overseas but will be returning.

Second option is we have a second larger bedroom with a wardrobe available at the end of June which we will be long term lease until May 2027 (or a minimum of 6 months) This will be $185 per week including expenses.
