Decent sized bedroom, 3m x 3.3m with a wardrobe, large window looking into back yard. Rent includes power and internet. House is the last unit of 4. Bedroom wall backs onto another unit so ideally looking for a chilled flatmate that will be respectful of the house and people in the other units. There is no off street parking available but is a quiet street so plenty of parking available on the road.

Single female with a Cat, Salem, so flatmate will need to be ok with a very friendly cat. Pretty quiet and chilled, work full time.
